Our 4-acre on-site, no-till, USDA certified organic garden at Shangri-La Springs is a wonder to behold. Fresh seasonal vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, kale, carrots, onions, collard greens, peppers, as well as organic loofah. Our seasonal garden harvest of vegetables, greens and fruits are used in our restaurant, Harvest & Wisdom, for the freshest farm-to-table meals. We also have select produce available for sale in our lobby.
ORGANIC GARDEN TOURS
Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 10am, by appointment only
The one-hour tours are led by Cecelia Morales, organic garden manager, and include a sensory-based walking tour around the garden's subtropical, tropical, annual and perennial crops and orchard with information on "what makes a garden" including organic garden methods and permaculture principles.
