Our 4-acre on-site, no-till, organic garden at Shangri-La Springs is a wonder to behold. Fresh seasonal vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, kale, carrots, onions, collard greens, peppers, and even organic loofah. The garden is cultivated using organic methods and permaculture principles, which emphasize biodiversity, soil health, water conservation, and working in harmony with nature.
