Fresh Harvest

Our on-site no-till certified organic garden at Shangri-La Springs is a wonder to behold. Fresh seasonal vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, kale, carrots, onions, collard greens, peppers, as well as organic LOOFAH.

Organic Mangoes for Sale

5 lb ($10) and 10 lb ($20) packages of mangoes will be available. First-come first-served.

Pick-up times will be Wednesdays – 12 to 3pm and Thursdays – 10am to 1pm in the Hotel Lobby.

Cash and credit card are both accepted for mango purchases.

Organic Garden Tour – Tue & Wed by appointment only

Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10am

The one-hour tours are led by Cecelia Morales, organic garden manager, and include a sensory-based walking tour around the garden’s subtropical, tropical, annual and perennial crops and orchard with information on “what makes a garden” including organic garden methods and permaculture principles.

Tours must be scheduled in advance and are limited to 20 people. Pricing is $15 per person.

Closed-toe shoes, masks, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), and refillable water bottles are recommended.
